The Titanium Series now offers flow rates up to 260gph! This size difference allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility without sacrificing any of the features known to FASS systems like the benefits of a better fuel filtration system than the original equipment, the ability to run more power, and increasing the life of your injection system! The Platinum will work well from stock, all the way to extreme performance applications! It is designed for the pickup while utilizing all the best features of the HD series. This high pressure (50-55 psi) Powerstroke lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The fuel system on your 6.0L is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability.

The Signature Series uses the same motor and blueprint as the larger HD Series just in a smaller package. The Pureflow AirDog II-4G 165 GPH A6SABF493 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstoke. Note: You do not want to run a pump with a higher gallon per hour rating than your engines horsepower or the life of the FASS fuel pump will be greatly reduced. 150gph is for 600HP to 700HP applications. The fuel sump kit is recommended to reduce restriction in the factory pickup and eliminate the low fuel level issues. FASS Flow Rates: 95gph is for stock to 600HP applications.
